Does not work if you turn off your screen. Stop the music player and does not resume. Does not work in the background for radar feature. Is slow to open and connect things. Magene Radar is great but the App sux! Other annoying part is Magene Radar does not work with other apps. The BLE protocol is locked with some key.

I tried to update to the newest version. Then suddenly after the update it stock the whole unit. I cannot turn it off or make a hard restart. I tried connecting it again in the apps and it doesnt find the device. Useless device ang apps. With cycplus and coospo no problem at all.. Never buy this product.

They have support on their facebook page. Try to seek help there. And good luck! But I totally agree, that their C406 is rubbish and not worth any single penny. Their apps are 3rd parties I guess, so dont expect much on the support. There are a lot of more affordable and make send products out there. Go with XOSS, GARMIN, WAHOO, BRYTON, anything else but Magene.
