About the Race:
The 1999 event will begin at Michigan International Speedway, a departure from the traditional start at
Watkins Glen. During the next seven days, the competitors will travel as far west as Colorado Springs,
Colorado, and then full circle back to Michigan, finishing at Waterford Hills Raceway.
