1999 One Lap Almost Full!

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that the 1999 One Lap
of America event is almost completely full! There are
currently 97 entries registered, which means that there
are exactly 3 spots open (the cut-off is 100 entries).
So if you've been thinking about running the event,
*now* is the time to register!
