Welcome to the first of what will hopefully be a handful of updates.  Today is Friday,
May 29th, and we have just arrived at the hotel in Painted Post, New York.

The driver's meeting is at 10:00 A.M. tomorrow, and then the plan is to go to Watkins
Glen and watch the trucks go around and around.  After that, we will get a few quick
runs at the track, and then we will be off to St. Louis!

Nothing exciting to announce right now, other than some really nice looking cars
that were in the parking lot at the hotel.  We will be entering tech inspection
tomorrow and plan to pick up a little early to make up for a late arrival.

Things appear to be running great so far, and the Lotus Seven (driven by
J.M. Crouvisier and Guy Boulanger) made it to the hotel with no problems
at all.  (A first for them!).
